CNS Limited Takes over the Computerized Ticketing System of Bangladesh Railway

CNS Limited has taken over the Computerized Seat Reservation and Ticketing System (CSRTS) of Bangladesh Railway after it wins the bid for the same.

Taken over on 21st May, 2007, CNS Limited will expand computerized ticketing operation in 30 more stations apart from the existing 30 stations. Under the arrangements, West Zone will be added to the network of computerized ticketing and Online Ticketing System will be developed to utilize the E1 WAN connectivity provided by Bangladesh Railway. CNS Limited will also develop online Computerized Wagon and Cargo Management System for Bangladesh Railway.
